How long to receive my order?
2-3 working days in France, 3-5 in Europe, 7-14 in the rest of the world. More details on the Shipping page.
Is shipping free?
Yes from €150 in France and €250 in Europe. Otherwise from €6.90.
How can I track my order?
You receive your tracking number by email when shipped. You can also find it in your account → Orders.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days to return an item in its original condition. See our return policy.
Are returns free?
Yes, in Europe. For the rest of the world, return shipping is at the customer's expense.
How can I exchange a size?
Mention it in your return request. If the desired size is in stock, we will send it upon receipt of the return, free of charge.

How do I choose my size?
Each product page includes a size guide with exact measurements. If in doubt, contact us · we'll help you choose.
Do pieces run small or large?
It depends on the brands. We always indicate the fit on the product page (loose, fitted, oversized…).
Payment & security
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA transfer for orders above €1000.
Are my banking details secure?
Yes. We use Stripe, the leader in online payments · TLS encryption and systematic 3D Secure. No banking data passes through our servers.
Brands & sourcing
Where do the products come from?
From the African continent. Lagos, Dakar, Bamako, Abidjan, Cape Town, Accra. A few pieces from our house line are also made in France for technical reasons.
Do you work directly with creators?
Yes, exclusively. No intermediary. We pay artisans about 3× the local rate to support craft.
