14 days to change your mind.

1. Sign in to your account → Orders.

2. Select the relevant order → Request a return.

3. You receive a prepaid return label (Europe).

4. Drop the parcel at your post office or pick-up point. You will be refunded within 5 to 10 working days after receipt and inspection.

Items in original condition, with tags attached, unworn and unwashed. Underwear and pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.

Sale items (-30% and beyond) remain returnable within 14 days but are not exchangeable.

For a size exchange, mention it in your return request. If the desired size is in stock, we will send it upon receiving the return · shipping on us.

Items from the Atelier Afrika Mode collection (house production) are made to order. The 14-day return window applies, but we invite you to carefully check the measurements before ordering · a detailed size guide is available on each product page.
