1. Scope. These T&Cs govern any order placed on afrikamode.store by a private consumer or business client.

2. Products. Essential characteristics are described on each page. A slight color discrepancy due to screens does not engage our liability.

3. Prices. Prices are stated incl. VAT, French VAT included for France. For other countries, applicable VAT may differ. Shipping costs in addition.

4. Order. An order becomes firm upon payment confirmation by our provider (Stripe). We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of obvious price error or stock depletion.

5. Payment. Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA transfer for orders ≥ €1000. Payments 100% secured by Stripe.

6. Shipping. See our shipping terms. Delivery times are indicative.

7. Right of withdrawal. 14 days from receipt, no justification needed. See our return policy.

8. Warranties. Legal conformity warranty (2 years) and hidden defects warranty (2 years).

9. Disputes. The customer is invited to contact our customer service. Failing this, recourse to a consumer mediator (CMAP). French law applicable, Paris courts competent.
